Flowers and Found Objects

Isaiah 53: 1-4

Local Birmingham artist Sally Legg graciously provided a beautiful art installation displayed in the lobby of the Samford University Wright Center at the With Gratitude: An Evening with Ellie & Drew Holcomb concert on November 15th.

Broken Pieces. Ruins. A Fallow Field. Dead Roots. Ashes. Mourning.

Much like the Isaiah 61 scripture, the holy spirit intercedes to bring good news in broken places.

Flowers & Found Objects is a visual representation of how God takes our broken pieces, our sin and shame, and binds them up into something beautiful.

A new life. A second chance.
A life lived fully for Him!
